Mental Health Workshops
I regularly offer 1-hr workshops on self-care (from a feminist perspective), self-compassion, and navigating caregiving relationships. These run a couple times a year - and the best way to stay updated is by joining my newsletter via the footer below.
When requested, I can offer a wide range of workshops for helping professionals, on topics such as boundaries and burnout, working with LGBTQ* clients, understanding domestic violence, sexual violence and consent, self care, and suicide.
I also offer community-based Body Mapping workshops, where we create life-size body maps created by working in pairs. This is a chance to explore our own relationship with our bodies, the strength it holds, and to critically examine the unhelpful the messages it is surrounded by. Empowering and nurturing, this workshop includes individual art making process and group based dialogue in a safe, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment.
