This is where
the journey starts...

Therapeutic Groups

I love facilitating group therapy because I've seen just how powerful it can be. Group counseling combines experiential learning with the chance to share personal experiences and insights. With the support of myself and the other group members, you'll have the chance to explore your relationship with yourself in a deeper way. I've found that having a group of other people that will be both your cheerleaders and your partners in accountability is hugely powerful. You get the benefit of learning from others who are facing similar situations, and you'll be able practicing new ways of being in a safe(r) space.

The intensive format also allows for some seriously exponential growth and healing. Eight weeks is a solid commitment to yourself, and it's rare that we ever dedicate that amount of time to really dig deep into one issue. It's becomes too easy to put things off, get off track, or wait for a "better time".

Boundaries, Burnout, & The Art of Saying No

In this 8 week online group starting in January 2021, I aim to help you...
  • Understand where your beliefs about boundaries come from, and begin to form new ones
  • Make whole-body decisions that are in connection with your values
  • Work through guilt, fear, and any other barriers to setting boundaries

    Interested in Finding out More?

If you're interested in one of these groups but not quite sure, fill out the form below and I'll give you a call to touch base (in a no cost, no pressure kind of way). It's a chance for you to find out more about what to expect from the group and ask any questions you may have. It'll give you a feel for who I am as a facilitator. As well, it's a chance for me to get to know what your goals are to help ensure you get what you're looking for from this experience.

I'd love to give you the chance to get to know me more before jumping into a group experience. One of the best ways to do that (in addition to making your way through all the resources I've posted right here on the website) is by signing up for my newsletter to get a better sense of who I am and what to expect with me.

As a thank you for signing up, you'll receive a free copy of "5 Beliefs to Support You in Setting Boundaries". From there, I send out emails about a dozen times a year with handy guides I've created, information about the latest groups and workshops I'm offering, news about community resources, and a curated collection of the best articles and resources related to mental health from a feminist counselling perspective. If all that sounds good to you, just go through the link below. And remember, you can unsubscribe if it no longer works for you.

Sounds great! Sign me up!
